Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is one of our prime concerns. We handle your data only based on legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of handling your data within our website. After you get in contact with us via contact form or mail we store your data for six months in order to handle your inquiry and be able to ask follow-up questions. We do not transmit you data without your permission.

Our website makes use of so called cookies. These are small text files which are filed by means of the browser. They are not causing damage. We use cookies in order tu create our offer user-friendly. Our website uses functions from the web analysis tool Facebook Pixel, Facebook Inc., Menlo California / USA. Data is not transmitted to another company into a non-European third country. The responsability rests at Facebook Inc. They use cookies which allow analyzing the user usage of websites. Generated information is transmitted and stored on the provider server. You are able to prevent this process if you set up your browser and enable that the browser is not allowed to store cookies. We entered into a contract for order data processing with the provider.

Handling data is based on legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (permission) and/or f (justified interest) of DSGVO. Our website contains functions of the social media channel Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If users are logged in to their Instagram account, content can be linked to the Instagram profile while pushing the button. This enables Instagram to match website users and user accounts. Basically your rights are information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and disagreement.
